Or you can rail and sail via the ferry. Harwich to Hook of Holland is a handy overnight sailing. From the Hook, you can grab a shuttle train into Rotterdam, taking half an hour, then change on to one of the regular trains to Breda, again taking half an hour. Rail and sail tickets on Stena Line include your onward train journey in Holland to your final destination and are good, hassle-free value.
